Handouts and resources from the sessions will be available to all attendees. Tips for Building and Retaining New Formations Genice Hall-Fowler, Women Connecting Women Chapter will lead a dynamic discussion on strategies for building a new formation. She’ll share practical guidance for members interested in launching a new formation, along with key considerations for developing a strong succession plan that preserves the strength, stability, and legacy of established leagues. Growing Membership through Events Allison Housewright, Quincy Charter Chapter leads this session on growing membership through strategic events and intentional leadership. She will share how her chapter has embraced growth and change to achieve its highestgrossing fundraiser to date, earn Best Practice Level I, receive multiple awards, and fully fund eight members to attend the National Women’s Leadership Conference using chapter resources. Attendees will gain insight into the permanent and ad hoc committees that were created and redefined, along with the fundraising strategies, membership drives, and key initiatives that made this success possible. Getting to Year 3: Member Retention Strategies that Go Beyond the First Year Renee Clement, Gem City Chapter and Charlotte Osborn, Tu-Ya Chapter will lead a thoughtful discussion exploring how leagues can intentionally implement systems and touchpoints to ensure new members remain engaged and connected well past onboarding. Attendees will gain practical ideas for fostering deeper involvement, strengthening relationships, and building membership longevity within the ABWA community. Using the Spring Membership Campaign Toolkit Attendees may have seen the new Spring Membership Campaign Toolkit that was rolled out last month. If not, this is your chance! If you have already seen it, this session with 2026 American Business Woman, J. Franco will help you utilize the tools provided to launch an energetic membership campaign that showcases the new ABWA, highlights the 2026 theme of Activate Your Ambition, and utilizes the most current tactics to boost online visibility and engagement.
