She will share how her league has implemented clear processes to streamline leadership transitions, sustain long-term growth, and preserve valuable institutional knowledge. Attendees will gain practical strategies to ensure leadership changes strengthen—rather than slow—the momentum of their league. The Key to a Successful Fundraising Event Marcia Green, Novi Oaks Charter Chapter will walk attendees through how her chapter’s successful annual event has raised over 10k for consecutive years. Learn how to set goals, plan for growth, and keep participants coming back year after year!
